500g chicken, cubed
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp chicken spices
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 tbsp paprika
3 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
300g spaghetti
Water
2 tbsp olive oil
50g butter
1 onion, sliced
2 bell peppers
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
100g mushrooms
5 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp chicken spices
100g butter
2 tbsp flour
2 beef broth cubes (optional)
100ml cooking cream (optional)
100g olives (optional)
Mozzarella cheese
Cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1.-Marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper, chicken spices, nutmeg, paprika, mustard, and olive oil. Mix well.
2.-Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente.
3-In a pot, heat olive oil and butter, then add chicken, onion, bell peppers, garlic, and mushrooms. Stir until onions dissolve.
4-Add cooked spaghetti to the chicken mixture.
5-Prepare béchamel sauce by combining milk, salt, nutmeg, chicken spices, butter, and flour. Stir until thickened.
6-Optional: Add beef broth cubes and cooking cream to the béchamel mixture. Continue stirring.
